Hi-ho! I think the tweet count is mistranslated. The first tweet's like count from Ch. 24 was written as 4.1万 which is 41K, not 4.1K. So I'm assuming the second one was originally 7.1万 which is 71K, not 7.1K. It would then align more with the higher retweet count and with the current count of 72.4K likes to 9.9K retweets.
