Oh boy, can't wait to see whether Thor has actually taken the supposed oath of allegiance-- either way, it adds to the drama and tension, and his inevitable decision to buck the rules and side with the 'villainess' eventually will make things extra spicy. Only a matter of time before the dude hunting her across reincarnations comes back into the scene as well. Is she going to defend herself? Is one of the other three reincarnated mages going to be a guy looking to steal her away, and so be the one to defend her while Thor looks on in frustration?
It's pretty damn rare that I look forward to shoujo antics, the fact that the two MC have already confessed to each other probably makes the angst more tolerable and enjoyable for me, knowing that at least the true underlying plot isn't being teased along.

guess most are thinking the same thing, that the saviour is the "best friend" from the past life

@greatninja3 Yeah I get that it’s unwarranted, but I still don’t like her. Not much to say here other than it being an irrational strong sense of dislike towards her.

iF YOU WANNA KNOW WHAT HAPPENS:

The Saviour is Makia's friend from the past life. Her name's Airi.

Airi wrote a novel. The world that Makia lives in resembles that novel.

When one of Airi's knights gets killed, Makia gets chosen to be her next knight.

She becomes Airi's knight (like Tor).

Makia wants to confess to Tor but there're always obstacles.

The blonde guy appears at the end of volume 2.

He has sharp crimson eyes and looks like the Hero from 500 years ago.

Makia posseses great power because she's the reincarnation of the Scarlet Witch.

She did something horrible in the past so people dislike her.

@KingRagnarok150 it's already completed so I kinda spoiled some parts of it cause that plot point I mentioned is like at the middle of the series

https://mangadex.org/title/36856/this-time-i-will-definitely-be-happy

this one is also a bit similar but without the isekai

https://mangadex.org/title/50692/the-reincarnated-great-saint-hides-that-she-s-a-saint

the second one is less heavy with what happened to her,and the series is more comedic, still sad but the first one is a bit more depressing based on what she experienced pretty weird that their god did not give up on the humans for fking shit up some people in the comments doesn't even want said world to be saved
cause if my memory is right she was given an option to return to her original world
lol

This manga has had me hooked since chapter one, and I swear if this turns into a tragedy that ninja is going to be cutting onions again....
Also i hope the summoned girl doesn't turn out to be a bitch but who knows.

I do hope that this "saintess" isn't affiliated with their murderer because I fear that she'd go Bigger-Bad on them. Heh.

Did this really need to take 5 chapters for the story to FINALLY start?

I really like how Makia's sadness at Thor's parting was portrayed. It felt so raw

Thank you for the update!!!
