This whole chapter and everything about guns in this manga kinda is a culturally lost in translation thing. But yakuza in RL kind of have a taboo about using guns. In practice many do probably have them anyway illegally but they're allegedly seen as a dirty form of combat that show you've lost any honor or dignity you have. (which I guess is part of why Suiren uses them -- she lost her balls and gender, what use has she of dignity?)

But ya, What did MangaDex do? To say Fuck MangaDex.

If its about taking money from your own independent group patreon or something, I don't even see you ever give one.
If its mass series deletions, they can do nothing about or the entire site goes bye bye.

Pretty much any scanlation group or aggregator is operating on the wrong side of the law, and thus very hard to get any sort of non-porno or non-scammy sponership money.
