Look like you miss pg 13, there is still indonesian words there.

Who would though slime can be twisted to be this scary huh.
I’ve seen some horrifying slimes tbh, quite a few series where an advanced subtype is an endgame boss, a mythical calamity or even the general of a demon lord! Especially poison types. Not to mention stuff like Konosuba or camping in another world with my absurd cheat skill.
Gelatinous cubes in DnD are no joke either

It’s the core based slimes that are portrayed as easy

The origin of the "slime" is the Shoggoth from H.P. Lovecraft, a downright horrifying creature that appeared later as a 1950's horror/thriller monster called "The Blob" in the movie of the same name.

It morphed into the "Gelatinous Cube" in early DnD, but DnD later added a low-level monster called a slime, that was closer to what JRPG slimes tend to be.

The author here clearly wants to go back to the town-eating Blob, but with the dissolve everything feature from the Gelatinous Cube. At any rate, it ain't no Rimuru.

This is the most dangerous mob-level slime I've seen in fantasy story. Remind me of Saga Frontier 2.
