There are some typos, and the translation can be cleaned up a bit.
Regarding the translation:
仏: this does mean "Buddha"
克: this does mean "overcome" and can also mean "conquer"
They are, however, used for the phonetic effect of saying "fuck" while having a Buddhist pun.
屁屁: One word by itself means "fart;" when both words are together, they mean "butt."
So 仏克屁屁 literally means "Buddha conquers the butt" while phonetically it would mean "fuck you in the ass."

Thanks! I had some idea that it was trying to say fuck, but I couldn't find a way to do it based on what I found by googling, though I do admit I didn't go much further than the gemini summary.
