Two hurdles to cross ig. One is a polygamous relationship, and second is the fact they're twins, i.e related. This makes it very very unlikely the author would go through with a harem end because that would entail the MC marrying his sister-in-law after marrying the other which I'd imagine is unlawful in Japan and basically every region in the world. And some countries even state that it is incest though not in a biological sense. So considering there are so few incest mangas with an incest end, obviously the MC will only end up with one of the sisters; the other becoming a losing heroine. QED
