The premise is extremely stupid and feels made by someone that has never interacted with people their whole life. Just because you act like a decent human being you shouldn't expect and should not receive a harem, the world doesn't work that way, the girls even think he is a hero for doing the bare minimum of what a good samaritan should do, this kind of stories is why "nice guy syndrome" exists, I find more believable isekai stories where the MC gets a harem for defeating dragons with his dick or something than this kind of bullied teenager's wet dream...

So 3 things to say:

First, the only acceptable polygamy is Amane, Ijichi and Seo from "Gyaru cant be kind to otaku?" or something like that, I forgot the exact name. And this actual manga just wants to do the same thing but with a slop plot and characters.

Second, the twins are pretty annoyingly boring without any good aspects beside being sexy or cute and thats all. Nothing special to them just sexy girls unlike Amane and Ijichi where they have their own personalities and passion which can be seen very early in the manga and gives them credibility into their characterization and who they are.

And third, why the hell fucking MC would date these two random ass girls and thinking about the future with them when they just met days ago while meanwhile he already have a really beautiful girl friend waiting for him in his classroom since middle school.

Truly slop shit.
I dont recommend it.
