It's heartwarming. The little sister always looked up to her big sis, while the big sis just felt better with her sister being 2nd place at everything. Big Sis finally realised that she was being stupid and that she treated Lil Sis badly, just because she had fucked-up insecurities. It was a drawing made of familial, innocent love.

Re-read this after (the whole collection) after watching Tatsuki Fujimoto 17-26.
Never thought I would see Sisters animated but here we are.
It's great in the both forms so I would advise to entertain yourself in both.
