Fan-insert MC-shipper characters nearly always make the story worse, hate this trend. Same with the butler in the wolf-manga, or the alien bird, or the alien yuri shipper from the other recent mangas..

One is pretty much definitely Yuri Yuri Panic which has this yuri-loving alien bird character who overstays his welcome (imo) enough to have his own dedicated chapter.What are these other two mangas?
I think his backstory is that his home planet was destroyed because the other birds couldn’t agree on a ship name or something like that lol. That whole manga is kind of insane so it’s mostly forgivable.
Can’t say for the other one listed, but have def seen this trope in a good handful of other manga.
