I really cannot see this without getting reminded of Uisaki from Bandori Eve Mujica....
The manipulation, Suzu being "protected" by someone as if she is something fragile, Emma cheerful doglike persona around Suzu, and a potential past of Emma that become her goal for all this playing pretends. Holy fesh, Yuama-sensei keeps cooking with this heavy drama

on page 14, can we  please not use meme slang phrases like "crashed out" in translations? at least for serious works like this. i'm grateful for the TL but reading that felt so out-of-character and it totally shattered the mood that had been building up

I honestly think it fits the vibe, however it can very well be derived from how I mostly consume and use English...
if you have suggestions on how it might be changed/improved, let me know~

"Lost it" might work better here, or might at least be perceived as less clashing with the vibe.

I guess Emma unrequited love, possibly for Suzu, is fake after all. Now im curious of her goal. A trophy perhaps?
But despite Emma probably faking the cute demands from Suzu i guess shes actually inexperienced, i mean, how did she possibly thought that that much was already enough for Suzu to move on from Yuki? Shes not aware they are still very close and see each other often...

I would agree with what Zeralyos said, I think "lost it" is a culturally-neutral term that conveys the same message without invoking "internet-speak," if you will. thank you for being open to constructive feedback

3 chapters in and it really just convinced me more and more that this really is just an Ave Mujica S-Class AU with the characters renamed.

Thanks for the chap!

@Zeralyos @puncake300 I changed it!~

Also, isn't getting feedback the whole point to improve our scans in the end?

Tinfoil hat theory: but I'm having Yuu vibes from Yagakimi, I don't know why but I feel like Emma could very easily be someone extremely unexperienced in love that actually wants to feel something much stronger, but, unlike in Yagakimi, she finds her "spark" with making other people suffer because of her
