Well, obviously the app has some type of "self-cleaning" feature where if a guy builds up enough resentment through using it they are erased somehow or just straight up killed.

As for the MC, he's only used it to piss off two people and it was to help each of the girls. He made the first girl's abusive boyfriend run around naked and had the abusive father confess his crimes. So that's probably the black lines compared to the pink from the girls.

I figured something similar, like demon honey pot where you accumulate bad karma by using the app until you get send straight to hell.

Theory: the app says that the people will follow his command. It never mentions anything about them being conscious or not which means they probably are fully conscious of what happens but are unable to act even if they know what is happening and that effect of not being able to act based on what happens in the hypnosis works even after the hypnosis. Since equivalent exchange and stuff like that maybe once it reaches the point where he has gained an equivalent amount to being sent to hell or something like that the app will send the user to hell or whatever that is if that happens. If they use the app for good this probably does not happen as much but might still slowly happen over time. So in a nutshell, if the target feels wronged enough the app will send the user to whatever hell that is and the target is fully aware of everything that happens in the hypnosis but is forced to act as if they don't know.

Edit: this would also explain why the girls start to show more expressions and stuff as the app is there to make the targets listen to him but if they already want to listen the app would not need to do anything thus allowing them to do so of their own accord.
