Had a girlfriend kinda like this, absolutely HAD to use an eyeliner (even up to use a Sharpie when it ran out, had an eye damage from that), lipstick to "fix not prominent lips", cheek powder to hide skin "imperfections" or blushing and dyeing black hair black for full colour, etc.
Went on two weeks vacation, she misplaced her cosmetics bag and without specialized store nearby, walk "bare" without any makeup... looked stunning, everyone complicated how cute she looked and saw her verity of emotions across her face, it was probably too overwhelming for her timid personality because after we got back she doubled her "shield" :/
