I normally have to watch a video, or be so invested in the characters that reading through their story + looking at 10-20 images to become aroused. Then I have to painstakingly beat my meat for like another 10-15 minutes.

If I was really into it, I might finish even earlier. That's why I try to look for porn with plot rather than just one and done experiences.
