SO, Flame Blade being surprisingly chill is awesome. I was so ready for them to be arrogant with them being so smug last chapter. But I guess MC finally being recognized as Fortress helped a ton.

ALSO, YES. The ghost knight armor looks SO GOOD compared to that generic ass random armor he had before. Hope he sticks with it for a while, it looks slick.

And he finally finished the brewery quest. Glad the team leaders helped him out. I was also pretty ready for the fight to not be too exciting since this mangaka really makes everything cute, but I’m actually so glad they did almost everything in one chapter, so we won’t be jebaited by cliffhangers for multiple chapters. Plot-progression each chapter? Blessed.

Did he not get the opportunity to bloodsuck a skill out of the woods eater though? It's not an insect, nor a plant I think, so he should have been able to. I somewhat expected a panel of him sneakily getting close to the woods eater to suck a skill, but I guess not. It seemed like he would get a good skill from it too.

One thing that wasn't explained in the manga is that chance encounters (like the ghost knight) are random. But the old man has only encountered the ghost knight so far and obtained all its equipment drops, which is pretty hard to do for normal people (from WN, dunno if it was changed in LN version or not).
Another is a major change from WN, old man didn't get Trent Wood from Woods Eater, but wandering around floor 30 for 2 months to find Trent and get all of the Trent Woods, he spent time in the dungeon for the entire winter because it's a plot for a hood girl, now I wanna see since the plot has changed, how will the story of hood girl continue

Dunno how common it would be to bottle /sell it compared to other stuff but i suppose if you were friendly enough you could provide it to a tavern/inn directly
