He didn't become one, he just gained a broken skill that lets him be one when he wants. I just assumed it'd be a thing that'd toggle on/off in battle like in rpg when you use like 'mana drain' on monsters, but yeah 'daywalker' was an oddly specific choice without committing to it like his fangs disappearing, tho be amusing to see him in those popped collar capes hahaHm, so him becoming a daywalker is just gonna be a completely irrelevant plot point then?
