Pretty funny novel. MC is a complete shithead but that is offset by his skill which only lets him help people, and his sinful wishes never really come about. Combined with crazy fanaticism of him this manga gets quite comedic. Although this story suffers from the same lack of logic like most others, I think it's given a pass because of the nature of the story being comedic.

Why is he called "Messiah"? I know that it is probably a "translation" of the term "救世主"[kyuuseishu], but that word doesn't mean "Messiah". Messiah is synonymous to Christos, meaning "the anointed one", while 救世主 translates as "redeemer/liberator [of society/the world]".
