How in the world does this have a 8.12 rating I mean even as far as ecchi harem that is just an excuse to draw ecchi goes, it's still not great by any metric. The art is aight, but everything else is so uninteresting. I mean it's not terrible by any means, but it should be maybe like a 6/10, not 8/10

This feels like deadbeat dad the manga lol. MC out here having kids and then they just never seen or heard of again. He literally is forced to be engaged to one of the woman he had a child with and the next time she is introduced the child isn't seen or mentioned.

Nah, looks like the manga removed her from his new family but that she was there in the novels.

Manga's wholesome af (umm, relatively speaking...) so mangaka probably wanted to keep it that way.
