That was an interesting perspective chapter. My interest in this series has increased.

For one, the desync between the scarcity of males and their position was hardly used yet.
Instead, they show off the effects of relevant information from his past. And, her instincts are right, in that he left peace-loving Japan to fight in war, but wrong since his desire isn't as pure as she believes but rather based on a different world perspective...

So rather than talk to the guy, and find out what his position of fighting and war is, they simply guessed he was a bad influence and sent him off?

It's easy to fake a response. Not to mention, he's already shown great restraint not to give in to the women near him. Though if he had, she'd definitely consider him trying to stage a coup.

Well this motivation doesn't fit with actual future events... In the WN she was just a misandrist and was factionally fighting the prime minister and so was straight up just trying to remove him permanently, the exile location was temporary and just meant to be the stage where he would die.
