You need to keep the logic up. If the women evolved for martial prowess, they wouldn't have dainty waists and big breasts. Also, keep in mind the practical differences. A man can feasibly have 100 pregnant partners, so a 100% cultural reversal would be weird.

I'll admit that it's an interesting move to have demihumans as an explanation to why there's a shortage of men. That works, evolutionarily speaking.
