I don't really care if someone MTLs, but the least they can do is do a proofreading pass through and correct incorrect pronoun usage based on context instead of sending it as-is. Seeing misgendered pronouns and even referring to inanimate objects or places as "he" or "him" screams an unwillingness to put forth any real effort in the material.
