I know whats happening. Its multi-universe thing. When she binds her chest, her cow udders sized tits are magically transferred to a different manga. One of those where girls who have A-cup racks in clothes, go up to minimum double D when they take their clothes off. And vice-versa - they basically move the "tits fat" around between girls and worlds like its some stupid isekai double-way transfer of bresticles.

Whenever you read a sexy manga and girls tits size rises up the less clothes she has and closer to climax she is, ruining the manga, the enjoyment you could have had as a pentako enjoyer - thats where the tits "binded" away by a sarashi or how its called go to.

This series is a novel adaptation. Clearly the manga artist didn't feel like being faithful to the source lmao. I am sure in the novel she is described as flat chested when bound, and H-cups when not or something hahahaha

Honestly, I prefer the trope if it was just about "the guard who chase away all the girls around him and the boy who want to build harem but can't because of the guard (but he actually already formed a harem by surrounded around the guard)" from the start
