The tangled web that is palace politics is probably the reason why he doesn't.
remember that he's a low(er) rank noble in a feudal society where men are no more than sexual instruments, if he did violence to a duke and in-line for queen he would probably get in prison if not worse, and his assets seized.
True be told.
It's because we are in a medieval society and there is a difference in rank.
He can't openly disrespect her and that why he try to deflect.

And yes, just because he wanna smash, he clearly doesn't like it.

Not necessarily wrong, but at the same time, the way the manga conveys the story to us: it is beyond clear to us, that everyone holds Faust in extremely high regard, and willing to bend around social standards for his explicit merit and character.
So, the idea that such a high regarded individual would not recognize this, and so easily "bend the knee" when getting his arse groped, instead of trying to take the lead in one way or another (I.E: "we said no public groping, however...winkwink", as he crushes her hand and directs it elsewhere)

I mean, you want to tell me these women would not want to jump his dick even harder if he'd show a modicum of self-respect? I find it hard to believe.
P.S: And before someone says: "but he'd be labeled a whore if he'd get someone preggers..." -- okay, just grope each others' asses in private, whatever. It cannot possibly be worse than to actively being groped in public.

P.P.S:
You have your opinion, Faust has his which is very clearly different from yours.
You don't like it? Feel free to drop this series and don't look back
Again: it's not about liking it, it's about self-respect. Read what I wrote above.
Also, I genuinely hope you don't really think "the minority of guys care about consent...", because that's a really cursed and toxic mindset right there.

While I do think you're being a bit rude about the whole thing, you may not be too far off the mark with Faust. He does have a modicum of self respect, but it is completely overshadowed by his respect for his mother and his duty to his people (also his religion but that comes later). He will pretty much do anything for those two things. So while he does think Astarte and the Queen are sexy, he doesn't hesitate when it comes to protecting the two motivating factors in his life.

If Astarte, Anastasia, the Queen, or any other noble of higher standing than him tried to actually force herself on him and bear children, he'd stop them. A little grab fanny to keep an incredibly powerful Duke on his good side and out of his bed chambers. Telling her off or worse, assaulting her, would probably get him killed, his lands seized, and the rumors about him and his mother canonized by the government. The easiest he'd get off would result in cutting off a huge line of support for his people should they ever be invaded (as a reminder, his lands sit on the border).
Forgot to reply to this one,
I overall agree with what you're saying, but all things considered, you have to agree that there's realistically a better way to handle the situation of "getting publicly molested" than: "just take it". In the manga, we also saw that Faust was genuinely going to agree to the Duke's advances, but was interrupted before they could proceed.
So overall:

1. if Faust was truly extremely devoted to only his home and country, he'd have no reason to NOT flatly reject the duke and throw her hand off. If there's a "power difference between their positions", there's also a massive breach of conduct for her to grab his arse, that makes it socially acceptable to maneuver around it (and we also do not expect the duke to retaliate, they're "buddies".)
2. If Faust, however, is willing to compromise and have sex / whatever with them (as shown, he is barely holding it in), he does not need to "take it". The big strong and respected war hero of the entire nation, can still have the capacity to make it so they'd meet in private. It cannot even start rumors, they're notorious "war buddies". The only problem is the Duke publicly declaring she'd jump his dick whenever possible, if anything -- but Faust himself still has the option to get his ass grabbed IN PRIVATE, and arrange for it.

Points (1)+(2) brings us to believe that the situation, as-is, is simply because the author wants it to be this way.
Aiight, I've argued this point long enough, jesus christ, I've got things to do <_>

I'm ready for the next chapter too.
I think the only two things unsaid about it so far are that Faust is really not smart enough to do any kind of political maneuvering, and Astarte is the only one that does any public groping of Faust (from what I recall). I think it's to further show she's kind of an asshole, but idk.

And then the end. Honestly if it ended here, I'd be fine with it. We're now at the forked road where we either get the immortal royal guard, or we get PTSD Valerie.
