Squirters aside, after masturbating, most women would just roll over and sleep. The wetness, or discharge, is either reabsorbed or just dries on its own. If someone gets reallyy wet and has sensory issues, they might wipe once? But most likely they'll just head to the washroom to wash up since using standard tissues is actually very irritating for the sensitive skin down there and leaves fibres that can also cause issues.
