I'd recommend the author to redo the first arc. Or rather, rewriting it so people can actually take the story seriously.
I've only read the 1st and 45th chapter, and i get the feeling that this was a joke series that the creator got locked in midway. The premise is fine, it's a classic shonen underdog story, nothing wrong with it. But the delivery in the first chapter that supposed to hook people in is horrendous.
The art is ok, if the creator feels the current art is a sweet spot balancing their resources (money and time) and art skills, I'm down. OG One Punch Man is a good example, if the hook works and the story is compelling enough, people will stay and read. Throwing jokes in is good and all but there are good reasons why there are theories and techniques to writing comedy.

If the author is reading this, I bid you good luck in your manga endeavors.

Thank you for the thoughtful comment! I've been told the same thing by someone else, and I replied, "TEKNO is my eternal playground, I'll never redraw it". If my priority ever becomes establish a large western audience then I may consider releasing a new English serial, but for the current year that is not the case. Mangadex should fix their featured page, I have been complaining about this since they added the staff picks. Chapter Language Filter, Original Language Filter, and Content Filter shouldn't be ignored by the set features.
In addition letting people pay to shill shitty webcomics cheapens the site. It's like sponsored segments on youtube videos, crap for money and padding.
I get that the Popular New Titles frame is only slightly less of drivel than the Seasonal frame but letting people with more money than taste decide what should be popular is pathetic.

100% man. But I heard it really starts hitting its stride at chapter 70 and then the new arc at chapter 100 is where it gets really good.
