I really enjoy that the main duo are both in their own way learning about love.
We still don't understand why Loulou desires love (though I assume it's the classic "transformation cured by true love" trope), and Haruki at the very moment doesn't seem to need love in his current life, so this sort of mystery where the motives of the characters is both the driving force and the solution to the questions made by the story is very interesting to watch.
