I think your cat is having serious issues. Restraining her to the kitchen is inhumane and not the answer. Your cat should not be pissing all over the floor 3 times in a short time period. You should look into stress, UTIs, diabetes, general urinary issues, and other stuff. Obviously I know you're broke so you maybe can't take her to the vet, but at least you could try to ease her pains or treat it as best as you can at home. The poor thing is probably suffering. (Alternatively, if shes pissing & shitting as revenge; try looking at her fur and skin for fleas or skin issues. Either way, please don't trap your poor kitty in the kitchen. To prevent scratching try putting her in socks or a sweater (both can be made of old socks))

Yesterday at some point of evening my audio equipment emitted a "thump" while playing a song and until a couple hours ago all sound was attenuated like when you're underwater. After unplugging everything and cleaning it properly I still get it from notification sounds and similar short-timed sounds, I don't want to change it again... damn gadgets.

so my coworker using my laptop to write students' report and everything's all dandy and fine except for the fact that he keeps fucking up the format everytime he uses my laptop goddamn fuck
plus my laptop's shift button are acting up so I can't properly use uppercase and lowercase and snipping tool
plus plus said coworker often use my motorbike hence my bike needing more frequent maintenance but my dad blames me for going to the mechanic too often

man I'm getting pissed off easy lately idk

Tell him about how should he using your laptop and motorbike, or like this, "bro yang apik ya pake laptop dan motor saya, nanti kalo itu kenapa2, malah kita berdua juga loh yang kesusahan".
But I know you don't want to make it awkward between you two, so maybe this, "bro keypad laptop rada eror nih jangan sambil digigit dong laptopku~" or "bro motor baru servis nih, hati-hati ya bawanya, ga ada yang ngejar kan?~" [deliver these two phrases when you guys relax or in break time, with a little laughs while giving some pats on his shoulder, make it sounds like you're joking but serious], or something like that that could make him understand your situation.
But hey, you're the one who knows how to talk to him, I just try to give a little example
