Telstra mobile ISP Blocking Mangadex?

Hi,

At the beginning of the week I have noticed I can no longer open Mangadex on my iPad or phone through Chrome or safari on mobile data with Telstra. When I connect the same devices to my home network (Starlink) I have no problems at all. I have Nord VPN when connected or not makes no difference.

Has anyone else on Telstra have this problem?

You don't have to use VPN. Just change your DNS to something like 1.1.1.1 or so, these are free*.

If you are on mobile, I suggest https://1.1.1.1 (or https://one.one.one.one ) — it has mobile apps for Apple and Android.

Cheers for the info, I downloaded the app and ran it (easy to set up I like it) to no avail even after a restart. However after switching off the 1.1.1.1 app and restarting the iPad I reconnected to Nord VPN and suddenly I have access, weird although this has all only happened since I did the iOS 18.2 update (face palm).

I never have iPad. But you should not run multiple VPN at once. Turn off or disable your Nord VPN.

Cloudflare's 1.1.1.1 has two mode:
1. DNS only mode (unblock many sites and fast like not using any VPN)
2. WARP (works like VPN, but with designated IP: you can't change it)

It has premium plan: WARP+. I only ever use it once and it was free because of referral link I posted somewhere. Personally, I'm living in region that has just so so internet speed, freemium is enough for me.
