my bad, double-checked on wikipedia translator, it was tetraplegia...
anyway, i can't agree more, i can't even fathom keeping sanity being stuck like that for a month, and she got stuck for 15 years
from french wiki (weirdly enough, english wiki page doesn't say anything about awareness): the patient is awake and fully conscious — he sees everything, he hears everything — but cannot move or speak
then it's somehow different, since she's aware but can't see or hear...
I pretty much love how Meena condensed and expressed humanity in terms of numbers and how emotion was necessary to push in their own creation and the creation of the Hiruko.
Because Meena has no concept of what is Heaven or Hell or what feelings us: the computer understood that Heaven is basically The Guarden of Eden where Adam and Eve were loving like Monkeys. With no technology and no society to develop.
As society became more complicated and discussion and social norms became more complicated, it basically made humans more frustrated and upset to the point that Meena dubbed the modern society as Hell.
To go back to Heaven, Meena basically destroyed the world and society and created a predator for humans that they could not tame or defeat and humans would never give into their basic discriminatory instructs that created Modern society.
They would basically always have depend on each other and work together to defeat/overpower the Invincible Hiruko.
