I would say that rather them him getting NTR'd. He would happily and openly welcome and tell others to NTR him.

Manga makes its own arch's ending which is different from the novel. In novel, MC didn't find a solution regarding the slave crest in Karluk, so he continued traveling to other countries to look for answers. After that, the novel went on long hiatus.
