Like maybe for niya it’s like pouring a bucket of water into a cup, while for genius witch (can’t believe i forgot her name…) it’s like a bucket of water for an empty olympic pool. Maybe she has a ton of passive skills that just drains the recovered mana, idk this is probably not the case.

the most logical answer, and it does say mp buffing, but it didn't specify if the recovering effects are regeneration from the mp buffing or straight up just recovery, and it's definitely the former, 0 can't be multiplied
