Well the thing is that it does happen again later as well, for multiple chapters. It's almost like a mini arc later so.

~5 chapters of ~60 chapters is less than 10%

unless the number of genderswap plot will increase in the future

if not,
I feel like putting genderswap tag might make a lot of other tags should be included as well

so for him to attend to that event, he need to disguise as a girl

the genderbent is just a device for that specific sub-plot arc

Well then genderbender is still used for that arc right? It might not have been necessary (i think it is cuz witch events are girl-only makes sense since this is a world where girls have the majority of magic control) but it is utilized nonetheless to give us good laughs and a slightly unique fesstival arc. In addition, it's best to have that tag since there are people who are not comfy with the genderbender tag.
