Yeah, I'm fine with fictional rape and sex slavery cause it's fictional. Its not hurting anyone in real life nor is it as gross borderline cp. If you mean the cp stuff in the manga, then no I'm not okay with it. I skipped any of the earlier chapters that had sex scenes with Alice in it for the same reason. I'm only fine with her now cause the artist recently made her look her age. The only thing I messed up on was anything involving Mikagami and that's because I legit forgot he was 15. Like I said before, it's been years since I read the first chapter. Doesn't help that english scans are slow sometimes.
