She ate the same amount of food, so how could she gain weight on exercise week?
I guess I miss a line after reading, even then the weight loss should mostly come from week 1, as I mentioned before as a child she doesn't have that much excess fat to begin with, so there's pretty much nothing to burn down.
And I don't think we have any knowledge on what kind of food she has been eating throughout the process, all I know is that she's been eating "something on a plate" in week 3, heck for all we know she could have been eating high calories food without knowing.
Honestly we don't have much information to confirm or deny the result of her experiment. That, and the consensus of the fact that what she's been doing is quite sloppy. 🤷♂️
