Yet another instance of a fantasy manga where instead of doing world building they insert Japan. If you're going to do a bath fan service scene, would it kill you to make it otherworldly?

But on the positive side I love the included man service. Keep it fair and balanced.

so it seems the author finally remembered this is an isekai, and Ars mentioned japan after completely forgetting about it since more or less the first pages of the first chapter.
He still acts/reacts like a kid even when he's supposed to have been a grown man before...
He also doesn't bother to drastically raise the technology level of the world at all (he's fighting a war, never bothered to introduce powder...), no steam tecnology, agriculture improvements, metallurgy, chemistry, mining, everything!

I wonder if the author wasn't interested in the typical "I'm going to use my OP skill to turn the fantasy world in Japan" cliché many isekai's overuse. Instead the author is all in on the "The OP skill is like managing your video game characters so the MC is tunnel-visioned on min/maxing his NPCs" cliché.

That's what I hate the most about isekais. Technology doesn't grow in a vacuum, there're many things around development that need to be fulfilled to advance in something else. Besides that, it's quite convenient that all protagonists for some reason have an extremely superb memory so they remember every single thing from their old world. And when they not, it's played for laughs.

Besides that, giving modern tech to a specific town or kingdom is just the basis for imperialism, they're inventing imperialism.

Also weird comments here by people who apparently can't separate nudity from sexuality.
There's this common idea that if it's naked it's sexual. Primarily stems from the US, but so does most of the readers here, so it makes sense.

Well, hot baths aren't exactly unique to Japan. They exist wherever there are natural hot springs. And bath houses look fairly similar in many parts of the world, superficial architectural features aside.

"My name is Baron. I'm the Mayor. This man's name is Mayor. He's the Baron."
They're so good at naming characters. It happens so often I'm not even surprised.

Most people can't even build IKEA furniture without losing the instructions and a few pieces (no, they were not missing from the box). But somehow, these protagonists know the blueprints for pumps and guns; and chemical compositions of various beauty products and gunpowder.

The only thing that screams "Japan" in this chapter was only MC's reaction. Everything else looks like Ancient Rome.

Yeah the architecture screams like the ancient baths of many civilizations, MC just likes hot springs because he's "Japanese".

Heck saunas originated from Finland. Monkeys enjoy hot springs too in Japan. So basically everyone all over the world just like having hot baths.

Well it could be. If it took bloody ass chapters to get that point.
That was his character.
