I'm usually pretty tolerant of the no killing rule. But, the constant escalation and lack of remorse really needs to be put to a sudden permanent stop. The kid may be an apostle but he's no god, he can't bring people back to life when the enemy inevitably get their hands on one of his loved ones.

And on the flip side, the respective kingdoms should have executed these nobles already for constantly provoking a god's apostle. Which at least the main kingdom knows about.

I get this is targeted for kids (shounen + no gore tag), but come on, "bad guys" do not need be that visible, or prevent him from killing at least a few of them. It has already shown MC killing lots of monsters and he is basically demi-god powerful.
I bet he will take them as prisoners, then others will doubt him, then prove they are "bad guys" and then get more gold/stuff from them. But when he gets more gold, how will that not "hurt" / be passed on to their tenants ?

I think the reason he chooses not to kill everyone to "avoid a war" is because if they are all dead there is no one to interrogate and confirm that they attacked him. In that case, the kingdom could just say he slaughtered them all in retaliation for his mistreatment in their kingdom.

I don't really care about the no killing (no maiming is a bit much considering how powerful Cain is but w/e I guess) but doesn't Corgino know Cain is a superhuman magic caster? Surely he would know any attack against Cain would need at least a few magicians, right?
