This is the issue with overpowered characters and power fantasy in general. To increase the number of episodes thay add more fluff and useless content and let the mc back in action to solve everything with a single blow only to the very end.

The problem with OP characters is that the author creates problem that can be solved with those OP powers. Often it's better to have something like social, political, or otherwise "soft" problems, since those can usually not be solved with excessive force. However, a character this strong can solve a lot of those problems with force as well, so it doesn't quite work.
