30 comments, and no one realizes that a basic error occurred. SQUARE meters? Square meters is a measurement of a flat surface area . Since they are talking about volume, so it should be cubic. Not sure if it is a translation error, or a mistake by the author.

Since the MC tried to "hold himself back" when making those magic bags 27,000 cubic meters are not really believable.

If you go with your "all direction" translation then I think he meant to say "30 cubic meters in any form / direction".
So basically 30 cubic meters as max space but you can put anything inside that has at most 30 cubic meters in volume.
Simply put the "all directions" would mean you can put in something that is 3.1 meters high x 3.1 meters wide x 3.1 meters long (= 29.791 cubic meters) big but you could also put in something that is 1 cm high x 1 cm wide x 300,000 meters long (= 30 cubic meters) big.
