"Adults" as in our general notion of those things? Not quite yet. Of marryable age? Yes.

You're dealing with High(!) Nobility and stuff, and the setting is medieval-ish... but...
Marriage generally meant immediate consummation of that marriage, and medieval peeps weren't stupid.
So prospective marriage partners were Engaged, or at a lower level not-quite-officially "Bespoken", at quite young ages.
The actual marriage happened when the woman was considered to be "of childbearing age" ( usually 15-16 years old ).

Sounds harsh, until you realise the prospective husband quite often had to secure a solid abode and income to even get permission from the prospective Dad-in-Law ( the one with the shotgun/halberd/crossbow, etc.....) , so he had to get a solid job, or Inherit... So the bloke could easily be well into his 20's before he could even attempt to get a wife, 30's was not unheard of.

First wife is very clearly the princess of the nation he is a noble in. The kings daughter. She and the dukes daughter were the first two, but do to standing there is no way the dukes daughter gets to be the first wife. The king clearly intends to make Cain the next king as well, so first wife has to be his daughter.

While the king has said he would give up his throne to Cain, we already know Cain wouldn't take it. We also already know there is a crown prince who is heir to the throne. He's only been mentioned a few times, and never shown in the manga, but a few chapters back it was revealed that Reine is now engaged to him. Both of the children of the second wife of Garm von Silford are marrying into the royal family of Esfort. So, if Cain isn't made king by whatever plot convenience, his sister will be queen.

Well that Cat Girl might also become a Concubine, then the 2 adventure teachers.

I mean, not all girls related to MC need to be of high status.

Plus, MC is still missing out on a Beastgirl in his Harem. I mean, out of the 6 so far, 4 of them are Humans.

The Maid who had been with MC since he was young also has chance to join in.

Not sure about the Reincarnated Fox girl though.

Wasn't it 9 wives in Isekai Smartphone?
7 Human Wives, 1 Demi-Human & 1 Fairy.

Regarding Isekai Smartphone, was kind-off sad the Author didn't include much variety in the Harem of MC.

I mean seven out of his nine wives are humans (technically one could say he had 8 human wives since the 8th one is a half-human, while the Fairy one was also practically human-like 90% of the time as she kept her wings hidden all the time), when there are other races as well in that series.

Would have really liked if one of the Wives was a Crystal Being girls. No Elf or Beastgirl either.

What's worse is that, there was not a single girl (human or not) from Reverse World either in his Harem.

Finally, the biggest problem in Isekai Smartphone was that, even though Polygamy was considered ok, the story only introduced 1 other character apart from MC to have more than 1 wife. Every other Noble or Royalty or high status individual in that series only has one wife for whatever reason.
