Considering they were calling her a Goddess and Seraph moments before, at first i thought they saw Vampires as beings worthy of worship, which would be weird
Then the next panel got me thinking that maybe people figured it out but they kept quiet and didn't alert the guards because they're grateful to her
"Thanks to my support from the people. Nobody (outside them) seems to have found out"
I mean bowl-kun called her a saint rather than 'vampire' so the rumor spread like that

Excuse you, she's called "Argento Vampir." Did you notice the lack of "e" at the end there? This is DRASTICALLY different, and it's downright impossible for anyone to figure this out.
