Vampires are born from large amounts of leftover magic power. It's why she was reincarnated as a vampire in those ruins- It was a site of a major amount of magic usage and death that left a lot of it there. Just so happens that Cyril was there. I don't remember if she died or just participated in the battle, but since it was mostly her magic energy, Arge took on much of her appearance. The reason the spirit knew is because of a combination of appearance and magic energy being very similar.

Pretty sure that's the explanation anyway. I haven't read these LN chapters in a good while.

I'm not one to usually 'complain' about TL quality, but this series is really difficult to read through. I felt like most of the chatter in this chapter was unreadable.
It's really either the TL, or just the nature of the story itself. meh.

I know, I just didn't saw it as being a big deal and forgot to take into account how the author would portrait the consequences of that, which is why I got confused by his sudden shyness.

Yeah Arge seems to have gotten more self conscious about things now. I mean makes sense, Arge was definitely ignorant (can't come up with a better way to word it) to those things, spending most of your life shut in would do that. I do like that the author decided to address this, there are plenty who'd just continue the story like nothing happened.

Still not feeling okay/in-terms with the previous arc r-event and how that was handled no one should be but putting that aside for a minute. Mc becoming conscious about her body, I don't know how I should take this. I guess, if the tag is still Yuri his/her attraction towards the female gender is still the same and might still be the same in the future but there is also ptsd involve now so we HAVE to address that first.
There IS solid progress from his past self as his/her companion grew which I would've liked.....I mean, it just doesn't sit right with me how her womanly charm rosed(not in a good way) due to the rape incident.
Next time I see that vamp I want her beaten half to death, completely onesided annihilation and all. Then maybe will see if we add her or get ride of her.
