The spirit girl accepts that Arge is not Cyril, but we do learn how Vampires are born- They are born from large amounts of residual magics, whether from spells, warfare, or deaths of particularly powerful creatures and people. Arge was born from Cyril's magic power, just like the spirit. So instead of seeing her as her master with amnesia, she sees her as her little sister more than anything.
