Yeah, this is junk food and I'll eat it.

I'm gonna complain anyway though.

I was willing to give this story the benefit of the doubt until after he got kicked out, I think. The kingdom has stupid assholes. That's whatever.
But the author is ticking too many generic isekai MC boxes. Having a generic MC is one thing, but this is actually contradictory to the conceit of the story.

He clearly has a grudge against the people who've wronged him and takes pride in his own ability, but he wants to avoid trouble? He's considering looking the other way when he sees someone else in need of help immediately after he wished for a fateful encounter? It doesn't line up. You could have easily just reframed it as him having trouble dealing with people ever since his trauma, so his social disorder is why he wants to avoid people and avoid getting involved with trouble.

He's also way too slow-witted for someone who supposedly mastered a game and was also competent. It makes it look like he actually was incompetent and he just thought of himself as competent due to it being tell don't show.

Which is to say, he's like that simply because that's what an isekai MC does, and not for any actual writing reason.
Maybe the world transferring requires a substantial part of the brain as sacrifice or something. Or the brain injuries after the dead transit can't be healed.

Hand of Fate? I wonder if the condition is watch...
Hm, let's look at a tutorial for that:

How to unlock Hand of Fate for Lucky Sukebe (Blessing)

Now, this one is tricky. First, you need to embarass a single, righthous member of the opposite sex with Lucky Sukebe 7 times in 6 different ways within 5 days. This is hard as fuck to achieve when the effect and target is random. I strongly recommend to unlock "Prey for me" first, which is easy in comparison. Once you can designate a target, it's better. But the effect itself is still random, so even with three uses a day you can fail.

Oh, I forgot to mention, you need to avoid any situation where Lucky Sukebe might trigger automatically on a random passerby. I had to learn the hard way that it still does, even with "Prey for me", so being alone with your target helps tremendously. Unless they become really pissed at you for all the leechery and run off. So locking them up is an option, but trust me, that won't be simple either, because you need to create a playground or the effects will be limited and you fail. Let me just say, it can be a pain to get six different situations for the same person done without interruption.

As luck would have it, I had to repeat about 30+ times, duh... fricking RNG. But don't think you're done after that. Only thing you get is a system message that pops up like an enlightment. Something about performing a ritual on sacred grounds. I had to search ingame through forbidden libraries you can only enter with permission from the Temple. Anyhow, keypoint is, prepare six sacrifices and bring them to a sacred ground of the God of Lust. Don't worry, I made a map at the end,. Then go there and masturbate to the scenes you've been shown. Not all at once, use one stimulus after the other. And each time you come, sacrifice a foul soul to the God of Lust. I tell you this shit's quite the ordeal. But the bonus is nice...

Effect upgrade will be unlocked once the final soul is sacrificed. If your harassed victim is present and watches, you are in for a big surprise. I won't tell you, hahaha... good luck. Don't ask how I managed that.

Okay, the Blessing's effect upgrade is like this:
Once unlocked, instead of random mishaps, the player may now choose from a variety of naughty tricks. And you can cause the effect up to five times a day now, plus random happenings will also trigger but no longer reduce that counter. Still resets every day... boo. Ah, your repertoire in terms of naughty acts will increase as well. Nothing extreme, though. You need "Hentai Arts" for that. NO! Don't ask me, I'm done with this game. Ah, one thing I forgot to mention: If Lucky Sukebe is used repeatedly on the same target within short time after you unlock Hand of Fate, then you can cause a metal trauma in them. In some cases you can even inflict masochism (permanent status effect). Happy testing, you perverts!

Okay, jokes aside, I was bored because my ordered pizza wasn't delivered yet, so I wrote that offtopic crap.

Even if it isn't known as a class, there should be a meaning to the word at least
IT is only from RPG's, FFIV being the first I remember running into it) that the word has meaning with regards to spellcasters.

Outside the class in RPG's it means someone who possesses great wisdom and calm judgement.
