I can't imagine the other carrier getting adopted to this team seeing that the MC fills her role and then some, so I'm curious to see what happens with her. The novel was brutal enough that I'd assume she's doomed but the Manga seems to be setting a different tone for the story.

I was about to say that he'd still have to get a portal up into orbit, and then I saw this post...

Yeah. Pretty much this. Only problem is that, even with an initial "push" from him throwing it the way he can, it'll still take at least a minute or two to reach orbital bombardment levels, if only because unlike a Rod From God, it's spending the entire time traveling through atmosphere near sea level.

But given the size and density of the projectiles he's using? I'd dare say it's a possibility.

As per usual, it all depends on the scanslator if they wanna keep going. And this is /a/nonymous, so maybe?

It should only be an issue if sevenseas caught up to the raws and I can confirm that this will take long time. Usually scanlators only drop a project if they publisher releases relatively close to them or they are catching up rapidly.

7seas is not famous for their speed and they do whole volumes so... It's all good

I disagree. Chapter 17 was the first time the Manga felt close to the novel.
