She's in two panels, but has the same hair color, same eye color, similar hair length, similar looking clothes.
Theres only one super tiny panel where you can see all of her hair, likely too small for the artist to draw her hair details.

The design changed significantly for all new members.

Before, it was a level 3–4 on the furry scale. Now it’s just loli nekomimi. What furry level would that be? I don't know if this is good or bad... it's a matter of preference. Hayashi still accommodates people with more mainstream types, like the cheeky ojousama (a bit like scarlett) and the buff tomboy girl.

Yeah, it was most definitely meant to be her, but it's most likely continuity error given light novel and that she didn't join this party in this chapter. I wouldn't take that minor scene as definitive proof that she will come back.

Yeah, it was meant to be a sarcasm, though it didn't translate well over the text. All I can say that it's most likely error on artist's part, but I hope that I am wrong about it and we see her again.

Others said that, in the og WN (LN?), Sei never really settles with one girl. Or rather, no girls settle with him for good long time. The one time he had the opportunity to nurture such relationship with an adventurer girl, them both ended up ambushed when raiding a dungeon and the girl had to give her life away to allow him to escape.

I don't remember specifically why Scarlet left, though.

Do keep in mind the manga has been established in a earlier chapters afterword that this will deviate from the original source material with the original authors approval and help, the original author originally didn't want the manga to deviate and thus only allowed small changes in the early chapters but changed their mind so there is a non-zero chance the 'get dismissed' scene will be different from chapter 1 and other details are likely to be changed since the manga is leaning into its characters more then the web novel so it's likely to have this party remain a constant unlike the web novel. (Or as they put it the manga would not be able to adapt certain details well considering the medium and spending like 2 years with the party.) A good way of viewing this story is a 'alternative take' on the original story, not quite as dark, bit more focus on the characters (or at least that is the intention according to the manga writer's afterword.)

The general idea though is just because it happened in the web novel, don't assume it will happen here, it may happen, it may get changed, or it may be outright avoided or occur a different way. For example the scarlet bit, there is a decent chance they will likely bring her back despite the original web novel never having her reappear once she leaves the party as a bit of a clear sign of 'hey, we are doing things differently here.'
