The start is rather confusing

I started to read novel so I'll try to give a bit of explanation:

MC choose porter/carrier before he was reincarnated.
But he was born as a heir of a powerful noble family so he knew they will dispose of him later. Therefore he made preparations to run away.
Profession is given after New Year in the year people turn 14.

Catgirl Ninya/Nina is a waitress/prostitute from the first city MC stayed after running away.
She's only 12 years old (beastmen mature earlier), so MC promised to pick her when she gets her profession.
Also I think in novel catgirl is more furry then in manga.

Manga starts from 5 volume. First volume is childhood, catgirl is from the second volume. In manga he's still 14 or 15 y.o.

MC is OP for a porter, but not really compared to a combat job. But because he is always underestimated, he keeps surviving and turning tables.

Apart from that, I've finally found another protagonist who isn't obsessed with being stronger than his women!
Well, that didn't last long. They're all always saying the same shit about getting stronger for them, it's mind-numbingly boring at this point.
Also, it was clearly shown that he saw the stat screens while choosing his class. How the fuck did he choose the worst one? Assuming that it IS, actually the worst one, and not some hidden cheat.

Ok, so can someone who has read the novel correct me if im wrong, since im only at chapter 11 right now, where so far he has the saint, the assassin, and the mage. Those 3 appear to be the 3 girls attached to him in the intro art. However, all 3 of them also appear to be present around the table of the group that banished him. So right now, from what I can tell, the group he is currently forming, will eventually become the group that banished him. As another comment said, a build up to a giant NTR. If so, id like to know now.

Sometimes you wonder, what is the state of the japanese isekai manga industry? Author read this draft and went 'yes that's perfect. Very legible, creative and has a great hook for a first chapter' Then the editor went and agreed. Then the beta-readers. Then the translators, who are barely more intelligible than my own dog.

Please, dear author, can I have whatever you're having? It sure as hell might be the only thing that would allow me to binge this.
