Slow life? She's already at her 3rd life and she still didn't learn a thing? She's saying she will live a slow life this time and yet here she is making her life turn upside down again. The story is quite fun but at the same time a bit annoying because of the MC's personality.

If you like "I'm apparently op" and "industrialization by magic" and "I have my resolution and... oops It's gone" and "there are barely any evil in this world" then its good. Too fast pace for my taste (I feel like she can't stop talking).

You've got the basic OP cute girl alchemy protagonist, uplifting her home country's tech level all on her lonesome.
It's not a total cookie cutter, though, there are some novel things going on. You can tell the author is decently smart, they just need more experience.
As it is, none of it quite hits the mark; the personalities aren't as strong as I'd like, the character designs not as unique, the magic system not as thought-through, the world-building not as deep - but I can see non-zero progress in all areas.
The author adds little touches of cleverness here and there, and the artist is good enough to let them shine through. It's a work that actually progresses the genre somewhat.
It's nowhere near Ascendance of a Bookworm, of course, but it gives me hope for future works of the author.

One unfortunate thing about this manga is that the author is unimaginative when it comes to technology; the MC tends to just make modern tech with magic kludged in. For example, she makes a generator by using a fire gem and an ice gem to power a steam engine.
But I'm sure there are better ways to do that if you start from magic. Can't you use a lightning gem to generate power directly? Use a wind gem to power a turbine? Isn't there a force gem?
There are many tools that can be driven by pressurized air. It's a wonderfully simple technology. It makes way more sense to use that for your kitchen appliances than to bring electricity into it.

The title is wrong. Should be "Even 3rd life, I still can't have my slow life". Blaze being a knight that stick around whenever she goes, I'm starting to lose my interest thought it could end up romance and yes she goes purchase an expensive custom weapon for him too.

Another gem. Really fun seeing alchemy magic concept mixed with modern world technology. I hope author considers adding some more adventures stories as well. Also, Meria should at least patent all those things she created or invented and use a little to help her village.
