Luke is doing good work assuming control in the duke's household. It's quite subtle but effective. I wouldn't really have expected this, but it's pleasant to see. Though I'm not sure how much of it will remain once the duke himself is back, but it definitely won't be wasted. In practice as long as the duke is not in the same room, more and more servants will gradually follow Luke's orders without questioning it at all.
