He has whatever power 68 intelligence, I'm sure it must lower the cost of spells in some way. What's really problematic imo is why he would need to be so strong, he just wants to harvest crops... And with how absurdly powerful he is, whatever drama comes his way really shouldn't last longer than a few panels at best, so how is this whole story gonna stay interesting ?
