I wonder if the demon queen is also a role crafted by the goddess to maintain the balance of good and evil while still maintaining her ideology. Would be kinda linear but considering the ultimate goal of the MC is to "save" all women from the control of the goddess, it isn't too far fetched of an idea.

Though I would say less "save" and more "under new management" for the outcome of this manga.

Funny I was about to suggest that it's so clear that the goddess got cheated on or dumped maybe the God upgraded to a better model.
