The story is much more complex than the familial dispute. As mentioned in this chapter, there is still a big problem with the Arlau Family. These 3 chapters roughly cover the first 6-7 webnovel chapters (the webnovel has finished the serialization, although with some differences in the story so far). The webnovel version has 128 chapters, so, we can expect a long serialization for this manga.

It was mentioned in the first chapter that Yumie lost her biological mother (who most likely passed away) before she was brought into the current mansion. And, in this chapter, it's also mentioned that her biological mother desperately protected Yumie to death.

this is still tagged as reverse harem... again, in the novel it has the 'indiscriminate harem' not the reverse harem tag, so either it should have both harem and reverse harem tag, or neither of them (which it shouldn't in my opinion)

edit: the whole thing of this story is that the mc tries to be friends with everyone, with both male and female characters.

In the EU... some places, that's abuse.
In half of SEA, that's possibly abuse.
In some countries of South America, that's abuse... kind of...
In Australia, that is absolutely abuse.
In Russia, China, the 'Stans,the rest of SEA, and Japan?
That's not considered abuse at all; leaving bruises is not even considered abuse, and in some places in those regions even leaving broken bones is fine.
And the entire continent of Africa has some pretty lax standards for the very idea of abuse existing.
